Where in the world can you see all of the beautiful women and fine cars you would ever want to see? Why Paris of course, and Paris is exactly where 001 is this week as he brings you the best of the 2008 Paris Motor Show.

So what did 001 bring you on the first day of the show? Well to start with, he knocked your socks off with Lamborghini’s new Estoque. 4 doors simply never looked this good before. While merely a concept right now this one is easy to see as a full production model. Following closely for the sexiest car of the show award, may actually be Lexus’ new IS250C convertible. This stunner actually made Agent009 do a double take. If this is the new direction for Lexus then keep bringing them on, because you have my vote. Some things are taken for granted. Things such as a Porsche of some type, will typically own the Nurburgring when it comes to fast times. So when Nissan declared its new GT-R as faster than the legendary Porsche turbo around the ring, we all took notice. Porsche couldn’t quite believe it as well, and got their very own GT-R and ran the circuit. Their findings did not leave them amused. It seems Porsche could not get the GT-R anywhere close to the times Nissan claimed on street tires. So in typical Porsche fashion they released an open letter to the press asking Nissan to explain the discrepancy. Did Nissan tell the truth or stack the deck?

Agent00J is making quite a name for himself lately by pointing out deceptive advertising practices. This time he is up to his antics again, and is setting his sights on Acura. It seems their claim that the new TL is faster than an Audi S4 may be a bit off. I guess if you read that fine print at the bottom, and discover that the S4 they chose was two years old you might have already known that. But who reads the fine print as it flashes by on the screen?
